Feed-in systems in Germany and Spain and a comparison

In preparation for the workshop in Madrid a summarising report was elaborated which outlined and compared the
different provisions for feed-in fees in Spain and Germany.
The result: in essence the provisions are the same, e.g. purchase obligation and the obligation to pay fees for
electricity from renewable energies, but there are differences in the details.
